6-8 slices prosciutto

100 g log goat cheese
Pantry
1 pack raincoast crisp peach crackers (or another hard cracker)
1 tsp chili crisp
1 tsp honey
1 tsp olive oil
Produce
1-2 nectarines
Prep your nectarine topping. Dice nectarines and add to a small bowl with 1 tsp chili crisp, 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp oil. Taste and add more chili crisp or honey if you like. Set aside in the fridge while you prep the rest, up to overnight (the longer you let this sit the juicier and better it gets).
Prep your crackers. Lay out crackers on a serving tray and divide goat cheese evenly amongst all crackers. Top with proscuitto and finish with your nectarine topping. Serve immediately.
