100 g salami
1 egg

1 cup shredded mozzarella
Parmesan

3 rolls pie dough
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup marinara sauce

1/2 green pepper
1 mushroom
Assemble filling. Preheat oven to 400F. Place salami, green pepper, mushroom and cheese on a cutting board. Chop well into small pieces. Add to a bowl with 1 tbsp marinara sauce and mix well.
Prep pie discs. Use a circular cutout to cut pieces out of pie dough. I got 4 pieces out of each sheet. Divide filling evenly between 6 of the pieces, and place cut out tops on each one. Use a fork to press pieces together.
Whisk 1 egg in a small bowl. Brush on tops of pockets. Sprinkle with oregano and parmesan.
Finish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Dip in warmed marinara sauce.
