pepperoni slices

2 cups mozzarella

1 loaf french bread
Marinara sauce
olive oil
hot honey for drizzle

1 clove garlic
Start your bread. Preheat oven to 400. Slice your french loaf in half horizontally. Place on a wire rack on top of a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and rub in. Bake for about 3 minutes, until firm to the touch on the inside.
Remove from oven and lightly rub raw garlic clove over inside of bread.
Make your pizza. To your bread, add sauce, grated cheese, pepperoni and any other toppings you like (not too many or your pizza will get soggy). Bake for 10 minutes, then broil for the final minute until golden brown.
Drizzle with hot honey and any fresh herbs.
