I’m keeping things short and sweet this midweek. But I do have an epic sunday dinner, sorted with a list of all my pantry essentials (shoutout to the lovelies who requested this), so stay tuned for that!

my mid sandwich 🤣 (if you know you know…if you don’t, check my stories today before they expire). I rather enjoyed it though. Lots of you suggested melting the brie, a great idea which I did try, but to be honest I prefer it firm. The melting made it all ooze out and a bit of a hot mess. Still delicious though so if that’s your preference then you do you!!
