caramelized onion tarts with whipped goat cheese: extremely simple while making you look extremely good
holiday dinner: today I’m sharing my “everything I made for holiday dinner” video and it is really my ideal dinner for a cold night in December. (I’ve been trying to post this for 2 dang hours but Instagram is being a real pain in the A, so stay tuned).
I made my classic red wine short ribs, with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, a simple kale, parmesan, crispy rye bread crumb salad, and veggies roasted in duck fat. Finished with my favorite orange chocolate stracciatella ice cream from Earnest, it was heavenly.
