Thank you for this one♥️ Making it for the fourth time. Love the fresh lemon on the asparagus and the Marscapone is perfection in the orzo, so creamy. I double the asparagus to balance out leftovers.

Do you have any instructions on baking the meatballs instead of cooking them in a pan? Would they still cook ok with the other ingredients?

They are ok baked, but they don't brown, so tend to not look super appealing. But they still taste great and will work - bake at 400 for about 15. If you have an air fryer though, go for that at 400 for about 10-15 and they'll brown up slightly on the tops!
